In order to help you to more quickly arrange for service of your Data I/O programmer, Data I/O offers the ability to request Work Orders (WO) previously referred to as Repair Authorization (RA) numbers from our web site.  If your programming equipment needs service, please fill out the form below.

Be sure to fill out all fields to insure that we have all information necessary to properly diagnose and fix your programmer.
We will contact you by e-mail or phone with an WO (RA) number and shipping instructions, usually within twenty-four (24) hours.
